What is your return policy?

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.

Returned item(s) originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the equipment, less the actual cost of shipping. Item(s) returned more than 28 days after purchase will receive store credit. Please download and complete the Return Form, and include in your return shipment.

You can find our returns form on the Shipping & Returns page of our website. The return address is located at the top of Package insert that should be downloaded and included with your returning item/s. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution.
