Do I need to keep the packaging?

On receipt of the goods, please inspect the items thoroughly and report any issues to us including photographing examples of the problem and your original order number immediately via email to [e-mail].

If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.
