Can I return or exchange part of a package?

We do accept partial returns on packages. Please head to our Shipping and returns page and infill your return details at the bottom of the page. We offer a collection booking option or you can return your item with your own booking. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund value.

All returns must be securely boxed in original packaging and include the package insert in order for us to correctly check your order back in and process your refund. 

Our return address is located at the top of the package insert. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the sale price of the item, less the cost of shipping.
