Is my equipment under warranty?

Our warranties vary by range and type of equipment, you can find details of warranty cover and any specifications of use on the product page. In all cases, our warranty covers manufacturing flaws and will not cover damage due to negligent use of the products.

Our products must be used on appropriate flooring with a minimum thickness of 20mm. You can find out more about flooring recommendations in our gym flooring guide.

Our equipment is not suitable for outdoor use and must be stored indoors in an environment free from moisture. Storage of the equipment in an outdoor or damp setting will invalidate the warranty and reduce its lifetime faster.
