How do I claim back VAT?

When you arrive at the checkout, there is a box where you can enter your VAT number below the shipping address. VAT will be charged at the time of checking out.

This VAT number will be attributed to your order. You will need to checkout at full price, we will then validate the VAT number and refund the VAT amount once it has been approved. VAT refunds can take up to five working days to return to your bank account.
