My consumer finance application has been declined, is there anything I can do?
Under the data protection act, we have no access to any information as to why your application has been declined, but there are a couple of steps you can take to ensure that your application is accepted.
- Ensure all data is correct, and the address you enter on your application matches your registered address
- If you are concerned about your credit status then please consider paying a higher deposit to increase that likelihood of acceptance.
- If your order is declined, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss alternative methods of payment. We have card payment and PayPal options available.
