How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order online, you will be sent a confirmation email and your order will appear as ‘processing’ within your account.
Your order will not appear in your account if you are not logged in at the time of placing your order.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details and in some cases, you may also receive an email from the courier responsible for delivering your item. You can also use our tracking page to view details relating to your delivery.
Average shipping times:
Mainland UK: 2-3 working days
Mainland EU: 10-15 working days
All other locations may vary.
If available, the courier will provide you with an estimated date of delivery. You may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on a different date or arrange redelivery in the event of a failed delivery but this is subject to the courier service.
In some cases, your order may arrive partially delivered. If this happens, please refer to the tracking information for further details and contact us via in the event of a problem with your order number and any relevant details. Our email address is email@example.com.
