How will my order arrive?
We take every care to package our products securely when shipping to destinations across all of the UK and Europe. You must ensure that your address and contact number is up-to-date. Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.
You will need to be present to accept any order we ship, we are unable to offer click and collect or to have your items left in a safe place due to the value of products we sell, you will need to sign for the delivery.
If you have placed a small order on the website, then your items will mostly likely be shipped in cartons, but if you have placed a large order including products such as racks or flooring tiles, then your order may ship on a pallet as a curbside delivery. Read on for details of curbside delivery.
Curbside Delivery
If your order contains a large number of items or includes a rack or flooring, then it will likely ship on a pallet. Pallet deliveries will arrive on an 18-tonne lorry (size of a double decker bus), if you think there will be an issue with accessing your delivery address, please contact us straight away.
A pallet delivery will arrive at the curbside or in some cases you may need to assist with the unloading, you are responsible for the movement of goods into your facility and the disposal of any packaging.
You must be present to accept and sign for your order. You will be responsible for any storage and reshipping fees charged to us by the courier.
Do I need to keep the packaging?
On receipt of the goods, please inspect the items thoroughly and report any issues to us including photographing examples of the problem and your original order number immediately via email to service@againfaster.eu.
If you have changed your mind and wish to return an order, you have up to 28 days to ensure the item(s) is returned to us. To have your return accepted item(s) must be in original unused condition and packaging, which will be inspected on arrival unless there has been a recorded manufacturing fault.
The return address is located at the top of the Return Form. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution. If you need further assistance on the return policy, please contact us via email and we will be more than happy to assist you.
