How will I know my order has been received and shipped?
Once you have placed an order on the website, you will receive a confirmation email. In the event of entering an incorrect email address, please contact us via email with full details of your order and we can provide a copy of your order email.
Once your order has been received, it will begin processing and go into the queue to be prepared and packaged by our warehouse team. Please note that during peak periods such as major sales or the recent COVID-19 outbreak, processing and shipping times will be extended. We will keep you informed via email and notices on the website.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you to let you know details of the courier and any tracking numbers associated with your shipment. The courier will then provide you with an estimated delivery date, if available.
In some cases, the courier may deliver your order in separate shipments in order to speed up delivery. Please refer to your tracking number for more information and contact us via email including your order number in the event of a problem.
