How long does this process take in total?

Once you decide you want to make your purchase on finance, simply head to the checkout to place your order. After clicking ‘place order’ at the checkout page, you will then be redirected to the confirmation page and the application will appear on the right hand side (on desktop). This is where you choose your finance option and proceed with the application process.

Do not exit or leave the confirmation page as we cannot retrieve this application and you will need to start the checkout process again.

The application process typically lasts 5-10 minutes from start to finish should you be accepted and then you will have successfully purchased your goods. You will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order number, please retain this email for use when contacting us.
