When an item is out of stock, we will update the product page with an expected restock date where possible. If you cannot see a restock date on the product then we will not be able to provide an expected date.

Can I pre-order a product?

In some cases, we will offer products for pre-order when we have confirmed restock dates. If we are able to offer a product for pre-order, we will add this product to our website and include important information on the product page about the expected shipping range. Please pay close attention to the product page information for answers to most questions.

Payment for pre-order items is taken upon checkout on the website to secure the stock in your name. Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until all products have been restocked.
