I'm having trouble with the website, what do I do?
If you are experiencing an issue at checkout, please avoid refreshing the page or repeatedly pressing ‘place order’ as this can cause multiple orders to occur.
In most cases, an issue with the website will be the result of upgrade work done to our website which might mean that your browser is loading an outdated version of the website, causing an error message to appear.
The quickest way to resolve an issue is to try clearing the cache on your browser (both for desktop and mobile), this will force your browser to load a completely new version of the site.
