Can my order be left in a secure location?

All orders will need to have someone present to accept the order, due to the value of our equipment, we cannot have your order left in a safe place and will need a signature.

If you are placing a large order or have flooring tiles in your order, then we may ship your order on a pallet. In this case, the courier will provide a curbside delivery, and may need some assistance with the order. You will be responsible for moving the goods into your property.

Please note that if you are not present to accept a pallet delivery, you may be subject to a redelivery charge. If you have any known access restrictions to your property, please inform us via email at the time of ordering - our email address is [e-mail].
