How long will my order take to arrive?
During normal business levels, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days of receiving your order.
We use a variety of couriers based on your location, order type and volume of equipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you via email of your tracking information and the courier will be able to provide an estimated date of arrival.
For mainland UK, orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
During peak periods such as sale periods or the recent outbreak of COVID-19 shipping may take longer. In this situation, we will do our best to keep you informed of the latest shipping times either via email (make sure to subscribe) and via notices on the website.
High levels of demand mean that it will take us longer to ship your order, once you place your order, it will go into the queue to be picked and packed by the warehouse team. We will only update you at the time your order is shipped.
Will I need to be present to accept my order?
All orders will need to have someone present to accept the order, due to the value of our equipment, we cannot have your order left in a safe place and you will need to sign for it.
If you are placing a large order or have flooring tiles in your order, then we may ship your order on a pallet. In this case, the courier will provide a curbside delivery, and may need some assistance with the order. You will be responsible for moving the goods into your property.
